AskGamblers complaints repeatedly describe accounts closed for stated fraudulent activity and bonus refusals without a substantive explanation.
Vavada operates a long exclusion list and enforces it inconsistently, which is itself a documented problem. Play'n GO ships that title in configurable RTP tiers (roughly 96, 94, 91, 87 and 84 percent), so the setting was available to the operator; the dispute was over Vavada using the lowest tier without disclosing it. Vavada reverted the game to 96 percent and stated it would compensate affected players. No comparable incident has been reported since.
