Tell us where we are wrong
One address, read by the people who write the pages. Corrections get priority over everything else — a comparison site that will not take a correction is just an advertisement with a scoring system.
There is no contact form, because a form would only put a database between you and the same inbox. Write in English or Portuguese; both are read.
What to send
A correction
The most useful thing you can send. Name the page and the specific figure, and where you can, point at the source that contradicts us. Operator terms change without notice and several of our figures are quoted from dated archive captures, so a term that has since been rewritten is a correction we genuinely want. We fix the page and update its last-checked date rather than issuing the change quietly.
A question about the methodology
How a score was reached, why an operator is ranked where it is, why one is listed but carries no sign-up link. All of it is documented at how we rank and how we make money, but if something there is unclear that is a fault in the writing and worth telling us about.
An operator or affiliate enquiry
Read how we make money first. Placement is not for sale at any price, ordering is not negotiable, and terms requiring positive representation or exclusivity are declined — operators on those terms are listed without a sign-up link rather than removed. Enquiries that open by asking what a top-three position costs will not get a reply.
Press and reuse
The break-even table is published under CC BY 4.0 — republish it, rebuild it from the formulas, no permission needed beyond attribution. If you find an error in the arithmetic we would much rather hear about it than not.
We cannot recover your money from an operator. We are a publisher, not a regulator, not an ombudsman and not a party to your account. We have no ability to release a withheld withdrawal, reverse a closed account or overturn a voided bonus, and any site telling you otherwise is not being straight with you.
What actually works: escalate inside the operator's own complaints process first and keep every reply, then take it to the licensing regulator named on the operator's site, and in parallel to an independent mediation service such as AskGamblers or Casino Guru, whose published records are part of what we read when we score payout reputation. If you tell us how it went, that becomes evidence we can use — a documented pattern of withheld payouts is exactly what moves an operator's score, and it is the one thing a reader can send us that changes the rankings.
Please do not write to us for that — write to someone equipped to help. Free, confidential support is at BeGambleAware and GamCare, and in Brazil the CVV offers free emotional support on 188, 24 hours a day. Our responsible gaming page lists the control tools worth setting up before you need them.
18+ only. ProvenPayouts is an independent comparison publisher. It takes no bets, holds no gambling licence, and is not affiliated with any regulator.
