Balances reported as inaccessible during these holds range from USD 249 to USD 72,000. Two secondary patterns: accounts placed in withdrawal-only mode that still cannot complete a withdrawal, and bonus or VIP-reward disputes where the player is told after the fact that they were not eligible.
